This f*vks up our health. The human body does not want this foreign object that interferes with our wellness causing major health issues. None is ok. None of the implants are safe. Silicone gel leak into your health, traces are seen on MRI after explant on my chest and lymph nodes. Ladies do not implant.

This is such a relief to watch. I was a full C cup when I first had mine done, now 20 years later I am a DD and 10kgs heavier. For the record, I recently went to a plastic surgeon to check if the implants are still ok and he said they fine. But, I am hating these big boobies, I’m also too scared to remove them.. so, it looks like my best option is to rather lose weight and do some weight training to firm up. I weigh 127 pounds and I’m 5’2”, so luckily it’s not a lot of weight to lose.. I just hope I lose it in my chest area.

so women can never do these ever again? are there alternatives to train chest and pecs? Are pec stretches okay? if we want to train chest, then over-the-muscle or fat grafting might be better options potentially?
